Seriously; we read about one healthscare after the other. Yet the tiniest thing that possibily has the largest effect on our body and mind (in comparison to anything else you take on a daily base) seems to be totally ignored.

Over here, the gluten-free diet has been associated with health freaks (and of course people with gluten allergy), but word is spreading the gluten-free diet is the way to energetic health and weight loss (making it more popular).
